Youth Employment Program Central Valley Opportunity Center (CVOC) Provides vocational development, job training and job placement, General Education Diploma (GED) or English as a Second Language (ESL) preparaton and testing oriented to youth who are primarily Spanish speaking and/or come from a migrant farming family. |
