WORK READINESS CERTIFICATE
Recipients are awarded a “Work Readiness Certificate” depending on their skill levels in Applied Mathmatics, Reading for Information, and Locating information. The certificate is a portable credential, allowing job seekers to use it anywhere in the nation that recognizes WorkKeys®. The certificate can complement diplomas, degrees, and resumes, and gives job seekers an advantage in the interview process.
The Central California Work Readness Certificate will help you:

If you have taken the three foundational WorkKeys assessments & you scored three or above on each test, you qualify for a Certificate.
