WorkKeys Skills Assessment
WorkKeys is a national assessment developed by ACT to measure "real world" job skills critical for job success. The assessment is used by employers all over the U.S. to make hiring and promotional decisions. Employers believe candidates who have the skill levels needed for the job can learn the job faster, need less supervision, and have better problem solving skills.
Job seekers can use their WorkKeys scores to qualify for these jobs, to promote to better jobs, to do career exploration, or to make training decisions. The Alliance Worknet does testing for local businesses recruiting for open positions and for customers requesting services from the Alliance Worknet. The assessment is given twice weekly.
